Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund policy: We do not offer refunds on any orders. However, store credit is offered. 

 

Exchange policy: In case of sizing issues, we do offer exchanges but the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.  

Shipping will be borne by Adrenaline Archival only under the following conditions:

• If there is manufacturing defect in the piece.

• If the package is received damaged.

Exchange orders are not eligible for returns or store credit. Exchanges are final and cannot be reversed for a refund once initiated.

Please note that the product must be unused and all tags and labels should be attached.

Return policy: Returns are valid for faulty goods and compensated by store credit.  

Cancellation policy: Once ordered, cancellation is valid only if the products are not shipped.
